This is a Japanese-made Banko ware (Banko-yaki) donabe hot pot produced by Bizan Klin.
The piece features a soft white glazed surface decorated with warm, hand-painted seasonal motifs including autumn grasses, mushrooms, persimmons, and other nature-inspired designs that beautifully reflect the atmosphere of traditional Japanese cuisine and the changing seasons.

Bizan Kiln is associated with the historic Banko ware production area around Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, Japan.
Banko ware has been produced since the mid-Edo period and is regarded as one of Japan’s most respected ceramic traditions, particularly renowned for durable heat-resistant cookware such as donabe pots and earthenware vessels. The Yokkaichi region is especially famous for its high-quality clay and long-established heat-resistant ceramic techniques that have supported Japanese home cooking culture for generations.

This donabe combines a calm white base with rich green glaze accents, creating a refined yet rustic appearance. The lid is decorated with seasonal autumn motifs such as persimmons, mushrooms, shrimp, and pine needles, giving the piece a nostalgic and elegant Japanese aesthetic.

A steam vent is incorporated into the lid for practical cooking use.
