Yasukihagane is a type of Steel developed by Hitachi Metals. Compounding special element of tungsten and chromium, keeping sufficient hardness by quenching, excellent in sharpness and durability. By hands of skilled blacksmith, fine blades are made, you can see the difference once used.
Deba Knife - characterized by its thick blade base, and thin and sharp cutting edge.
Can be used to fillet a fish, or to slice meat from the bone..
A blade length 165mm for professional use.
